Clare Galloway  

Lead Strategist and Creative Director
Verlee's career has spanned large global businesses to local community organizations. She developed the first global industry marketing program for Deloitte's global financial services industry group, which included a robust thought leadership program. Her strategy, messaging and positioning skills have been employed by the CEOs of Catholic Charities USA, AT&T Communications, John Wiley & Sons, and the author of Fallen Giant, a book about AIG. As the executive director of the Partnership for New York's International Business Initiative, Verlee built a strong public-private partnership between New York business and government and their peers in Europe and Asia.
She holds a J.D. from Duquesne University, and completed management training at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Prior to joining the firm Cynthia served as a senior professional supporting the international business commitments of Deloitte’s global CEO.  In this role, Cynthia managed high-level issues research and executive relationships to support

Deloitte’s strategic partnership with the World Economic Forum, directed competitor and executive profiles, and worked to bridge the gap between market research and effective communications. Her prior engagements include Ogilvy & Mather and Insead. ​Cynthia has an M.B.A. from Columbia University and received leadership training at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Director of Editorial Services

​​Clare has a talent for the written word—the right tone and the right language that support the right message.  During her career, Clare has written virtually every type of communication.  She led Deloitte’s Global Financial Services Industry proposal effort, a role that took her to many of the organization’s offices throughout the world where she often directed teams of up to five people in their proposal efforts. Clare’s strength lies in editing complex information so that it is easily understood and grammatically awkward language so that it flows smoothly.  Clare graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a degree in English Literature. She attended the executive education program of IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
